Refund Eligibility
Due to the nature of our real estate services, refunds are not typically offered. However, if a transaction or service is not delivered as agreed or is found to be faulty, you may be eligible for a refund. Contact us immediately at support@exclusiverealestatee.com to discuss your concerns.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel a service request or agreement with us within 7 days of placing the request. After this period, cancellations may not be possible unless otherwise agreed upon.
Refund Process
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 10-14 business days after the confirmation of the issue. Refunds will be made to the original payment method used at the time of the transaction.
Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable:
- Property viewings or inspections that have already taken place
- Consultation fees once services have been rendered
- Any real estate agreements or transactions that have been finalized
Exchanges
Since we deal with real estate services, exchanges are not applicable. If there is an issue with the service provided, we will work to resolve it to your satisfaction.
